1. General Information

You agree to pay “Butterfly Effect Coaching”, the tuition amount indicated for the Program selected. The Program includes access to training platform, virtual live trainings, a designated Facilitator and course materials referred on “Butterfly Effect Coaching Platform”.

Additionally, the Program will further include access to a private online Community (on a platform as determined by Butterfly Effect Coaching).

Depending on which specific Program you have selected, you will receive bonuses.

You may not transfer your subscription to another party.

The sessions on the Butterfly Effect Coaching Platform and the content will be offered in English, and Butterfly Effect Coaching shall not be offering any translation for these sessions. In the future, “Butterfly Effect Coaching” may offer services in Portuguese.

All materials, concepts, and information (collectively “Materials”) presented by “Butterfly Effect Coaching” during this Program, either orally, in writing, or through the Platform, are the property of “Butterfly Effect Coaching” and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

The Materials presented by “Butterfly Effect Coaching” in this Program are intended solely for use in the Program. While you are free to use the Materials for your own personal use, and free to tell others about the benefits you realized from the Program, you do not resell, reproduce and sell, modify and sell, or repackage and sell the Materials.

You can not solicit or promote your own products, goods or services on the Butterfly Effect Coaching Platform or within the Program and any violations of this provision may lead to your removal from the subscript Program as well as the Community. Any refund of any paid but unused portion of your subscription will not be refunded.

You acknowledge that you are not relying on any guarantees or representations made by “Butterfly Effect Coaching”, unless they are in writing and made part of these Terms. All advertising material and all prior representations or agreements, if any whether oral or written, are hereby superseded by these Terms. These Terms contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and “Butterfly Effect Coaching”, and no addition or modification of any terms shall be effective unless set forth in writing and signed by you and “Butterfly Effect Coaching”.

2. Subscription

Upon your initial payment, your enrollment will commence in the date indicated with a virtual training on the Butterfly Effect Coaching Platform. At the conclusion of the Program, your enrollment will terminate, and your access to the Training Platform and the private online Community will terminate, although you will still have access to any previous bonuses received.

If you do not attend any of your confirmed sessions on the “Butterfly Effect Coaching Platform, a recording of the session will be available on the “Butterfly Effect Coaching Platform”, which you may view at your convenience at any time while you are still enrolled in the Program.

After your specific Program ends, you will no longer have access to the previous or future sessions on the Butterfly Effect Coaching Platform or private online Community.

Dates, times, locations, and structure of any of the sessions offered through the “Butterfly Effect Coaching” are subject to change, including without limitation the number of sessions and the format through which such sessions are offered.

“Butterfly Effect Coaching” reserves the right to remove any participant from any virtual event environment for any reason it deems appropriate. In such cases, there will be no refund for any previously paid amounts.

3. Payment

Your payment of the specific Program chosen and access to the “Butterfly Effect Coaching Platform”, denotes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms of the “Butterfly Effect Coaching Program”.

Your full payment at the price for the specific Program you have chosen as then offered by “Butterfly Effect Coaching” is due at the time of enrollment.

You may be charged foreign or other transaction fees by your bank or by PayPal platform in connection with this purchase, and you agree that you will be responsible for any such charges.

4. Bonus/Bonuses

You may also be entitled for any bonus/bonuses based on the specific Program you have chosen at the sole discretion of “Butterfly Effect Coaching”.

5. Defaut and Cancellation

If you do not pay your tuition by the agreed-upon payment terms, then you will be considered in default of your program, and “Butterfly Effect Coaching” will have the right, to terminate your Program, and upon such termination, you will no longer have access to any content of the “Butterfly Effect Coaching Platform”, as well as access to the private online Community.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the Program for any reason, until 14 days after the begging of the Program, you may contact Butterfly Effect Coaching Customer team at https://www.butterflyeffect.pt/contact/ and we will refund your full purchase within 4-6 weeks based on the original method of payment, or at your option, we will apply your payment to another Butterfly Effect Coaching service or event. At the time of such Satisfaction Guarantee, and you will lose access to the Butterfly Effect Coaching Platform as well as the private online Community and any additional content.
